We were excited to welcome AHEAD back to Moonlight Studios Chicago for their 2025 Sales Kickoff, Thrive 25′ —marking their third consecutive year hosting this event in our space. Our venue served as the hub for a high-energy corporate gathering that celebrated team achievements, outlined future goals, and connected both in-person and remote audiences.

With Sound Investment—our in-house AV team—leading production, we delivered full-service support across audio, video, lighting, broadcast, and virtual. The event made full use of our built-in infrastructure, including a seamless livestream from our Studio that connected remote attendees across the country. Every element was executed with precision, from synchronized lighting and crisp visuals to smooth transitions and crystal-clear audio, ensuring a flawless experience from start to finish.

A highlight of Thrive 25′ was the recognition of 40 award winners across the company. These moments were not only celebrated live in the room but were also shared with remote colleagues in real time thanks to the seamless integration of our broadcast systems.

The event also brought together several outside vendors who helped complete the experience, including Paramount Catering, DJ Alvin Bailey, VIP Valet, and photographer Zoe Rain. Together, we helped deliver an elevated and polished experience that stayed true to AHEAD’s brand and goals.
