AHEAD held their 2023 Kickoff event at Moonlight Studios Chicago to start the new year on an inspiring note. The production included a hybrid presentation live-streamed via Xyvid, delectable food and drink, mingling in Moonlight’s expansive lobby area as well as a fun, laid back cocktail reception which concluded the engaging event. Moonlight Studios’ main studio area was put to good use as AHEAD utilized the large space for their presentations and fireside chat, and later for a laid back lounge experience, complete with a live band and dynamic lighting. The LED wall was not only useful for displaying presentation materials but also for integrating virtual participants.
